These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Peysa website, mobile applications, and services (together, the "Platform" or "Services"), operated by Fab34 Consultants ("Peysa", "we", "us", or "our").

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. About Peysa

Peysa provides tax-free salary benefit wallets that allow salaried employees in India to receive eligible components of their compensation (such as Meal and Gift allowances) as prepaid wallet balances, in line with the Income Tax Act and applicable CBDT circulars. Wallets are issued and operated through our RBI-licensed prepaid-instrument (PPI) partners. Peysa is a technology and program-administration provider and is not a bank.

2. Eligibility

To use the Services, you must be at least 18 and competent to contract under Indian law, be a salaried employee of an organisation enrolled with Peysa, and provide accurate, complete information including any KYC details required by our banking partners.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for your login credentials and all activity under your account, and must notify us at [email protected] of any unauthorised use. We may suspend or terminate accounts with inaccurate information or used in breach of these Terms.

4. Wallets and Permitted Use

Each wallet may be used only for its designated, tax-eligible category. Balances are for legitimate personal use, are non-transferable, and must not be used to circumvent category restrictions or jeopardise the tax-exempt treatment of the benefit. Tax treatment depends on your circumstances and the law in force.

5. Fees

The CTC restructuring is free to your employer. Peysa may charge the employee a subscription fee of ₹350 per month, payable optionally, plus applicable taxes. We will notify you before any fee change.

6. Transactions

Transactions are subject to authorisation by our banking and PPI partners and may be declined on category, balance, KYC, or risk grounds. You should review your history and report discrepancies promptly. Disputes about merchandise must be resolved with the merchant.

7. Your Employer's Role

Your participation depends on your employer's enrolment. Benefit components, allocation limits, and availability are set in coordination with your employer; if your employment ends or your employer discontinues the program, your access may change or cease.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, software, and materials are owned by Peysa or its licensors. We grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Services for their intended purpose. No copying, modifying, or reverse-engineering without consent.

9. Acceptable Use
