This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for the Peysa Platform and Services, operated by Fab34 Consultants. Read it together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Peysa may charge an optional ₹350/month subscription. Fees are billed for the current period and are generally non-refundable once a period begins, except where required by law. You may cancel anytime — cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current period. If you were charged due to a technical or billing error, we refund the incorrect amount in full.
Wallet balances are your allocated tax-free salary components — not a purchase from Peysa — so they aren't "refunded" in the ordinary sense. Unspent balances roll over per the wallet terms and don't expire into Peysa's account. Where permitted by your wallet type, KYC status, and RBI rules, eligible balances may be redeemed or transferred on account closure; some categories may be non-withdrawable to preserve tax-exempt status.
If an amount is debited but the transaction fails, it is auto-reversed, typically within 5–7 business days. Report unauthorised or incorrect transactions to [email protected] within 30 days. Merchant-initiated refunds (returns/cancellations) are credited back to the originating wallet once received.
Email [email protected] with your registered name and mobile/employee ID, the transaction date, amount, and wallet, and a brief description. We'll acknowledge and respond within required timelines.
Approved refunds return to the original source. Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days; time to reflect depends on banks, networks, and partners.
No refund where the request is out of time, the transaction was validly completed, the claim arises from misuse/fraud/breach, or a refund would conflict with tax, RBI, or KYC requirements.
We may update this policy with a new "Last updated" date; continued use constitutes acceptance.
