Our policy lasts seven days from the date of Closed Wallet Load. If seven days have passed since your load money operation, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund, the amount should be in Linq Pay wallet and have sufficient balance enough to provide the refund.

Payments fees and Taxes on the payment are non-refundable.

Refunds cannot be accepted on successful Recharges/Bill Payments, Insurances, or Payouts. No refund is possible in such cases. In case of failure, the amount will be auto-refunded to the wallet

All Brand Vouchers are non-refundable in nature. A Brand Voucher, once sold, cannot be refunded in any case.

Refunds (if applicable) Once your case is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain 7-8 business days.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.Next, contact your bank.
